HiringSolved is thrilled to announce that Heather Thomas has joined our team as a Solutions Consultant  on our Customer Experience Team. Heather is a data maven and technical solutions-driven thought leader with over twenty years of recruiting and sourcing experience across various industries.

 

Heather made a dramatic impact as a Strategic Sourcing Manager and TA Tech Leader for Sodexo where she had a lead role in selecting and implementing enterprise technology. Heather led the integration and training of Enterprise wide – Avature CRM, Avature Workflows, Sourcing tools (Entelo, Seekout), TextRecruit, and AI/ML technology (HiringSolved) into an existing HR tech stack. Heather was a key driver in strong adoption rates using training and measuring for ROI.

I want tools that are going to allow me to continue to be the best recruiter, on the phone – engaged with real candidates.  Not managing another login and platform. I’m a funny dichotomy, old fashioned recruiter that wants high tech tools so that I can be more old fashioned.”

Heather has been called a very passionate speaker on the topic of human engagement versus tech at the Avature User Conferences, HCI, and TATech – AI Summit.  Most notably, Heather was recognized by a conference of peers for an innovative presentation on Avature Workflows that support sourcing metrics and KPI’s.

Here at HiringSolved, Heather will be focused on solution consulting and architecture. She’ll be working with our clients to help them figure out the best way to integrate AI and machine learning and our tools into their current technology stack.
