How can I get a receipt or invoice?

Go to https://hiringsolved.com/settings/billing or login to HiringSolved, click your name in the upper right corner and click settings. Click Billing History and you will see a list of all charges with printable receipts.

How can I add users on a team account?

Go to https://hiringsolved.com/settings/team or login to HiringSolved, click your name in the upper right corner and click settings. Click “Team” and then click the “Add User” button the right side of the interface.

How do I get more views?

Go to https://hiringsolved.com/settings/account or login to HiringSolved, click your name in the upper right corner and click settings.

How do I cancel my account?

Go to https://hiringsolved.com/settings/account or login to HiringSolved, click your name in the upper right corner and click settings. Click the “Cancel Account” link under your account settings. You’ll receive an email confirming your subscription cancellation. We’ll be sad to see you go!

How long have you been around?

HiringSolved launched in 2012. Since then, we’ve been perfecting our product to where it is today, the most disruptive sourcing tool in the space.

What sites do you crawl or how do you find the information?

If you have to pay for it, we don’t search it. However, everywhere else is fair game. We crawl the entire open web to find candidate details and contact information. HiringSolved leaves “no digital stone unturned.”

Do you offer free trials?

We don't offer free trials. If you want to try the service, try one month of our $149 plan. If you don't love it, you can easily cancel your account at any time. Plus, you can take advantage of “Office Hours with the Founders” twice a week where you can get help with searches or ask any questions you may have.

What makes HiringSolved different?

HiringSolved is the only people aggregator that covers all skill sets worldwide. You can just as easily use our search to find an Erlang developer in San Francisco or a Brand Manager in Bangkok. Plus, we provide sourcers and recruiters with contact information like phone and email as a top priority in every default search result set.

Are your candidates only U.S. based?

No. Our global database is one of the many things that make us special. Our candidate data covers the entire world. With HiringSolved you can search for talent anywhere on Earth and narrow your search by country, city or postal code. Also, you can search in multiple locations at once. This is crucial for a workforce that is increasingly mobile and global.

Can candidates submit their resume or update their own info?

Currently candidates cannot submit their own data. HiringSolved simply collects relevant talent or work experience that a candidate publishes on the web for a truly passive candidate-sourcing engine. HiringSolved plans to allow candidates to update data in the future.

Do candidates know they’re “in the system?”

HiringSolved is a search engine like Google or Bing but focused on talent. While we don’t notify candidates that they’ve been indexed, all the information available on HiringSolved is collected from web accessible sources and pertinent to work history, skills or contact information. Our goal is to create an easier-to-search profile for sourcers and recruiters based on information people add to the web.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing page breaks it down pretty well but the bottom line is, if you are an individual sourcer looking to access the largest candidate database, it will cost you just $149. Want more bells and whistles for a larger organization? We have that too.

How “fresh” is the information?

Because of the dynamic nature of the web, we know that much of our profile data is fresher than your standard resume. However, each candidate profile is different and dependent on online behavior and activity.

Can you integrate with our CRM / ATS?

What is “candidate cloning”?

The “candidate cloning” feature allows you to take your best candidates by using our drag-and-drop resume uploader and create a brand new search anywhere in the world using that profile as your search terms or baseline! Once you upload a candidate, you can clone them and even fine-tune your results in real-time.

My information is in your system, how do I get out?
